"I had not dealt with Concilium until I recieved their phone call 18 months ago. Concilium's professional attitude and approach in asking the right questions quickly gave me confidence in their ability to understand the roles that I would be interested in. Since that initial call I have discussed two roles with Concilium, both of which met my criteria and the latter role I subsequently accepted. The consultant I dealt with was also good at providing a challenge to me to ensure that any demands I made were realistic and in line with market expectations.
I will definitely use Concilium again in my new role should the opportunity arise."
