Consultation with our Investment Banking clients has led to the launch of a new desk; Transformation, which will support the significant increase in activity within the change space, bringing together the project related roles from:
- Finance
- Operations
- Front Office
Transformation will focus on roles that include:
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Programme Managers
The seniority of these appointments will span AVP to Managing Director. These individuals will be tasked with delivering a multitude of initiatives such as:
- Bank to bank integration
- Trade platform migration
- Regulatory change
Transformation roles occur most frequently within our large banking clients, however we are also well placed to undertake change assignments with insurance and asset management firms.
Clients will benefit from accessing a pool of talent located through meticulous research and recommendation from which to recruit.
